• Tao Sun: Former Engineering Director and Technical Director of Beijing Zhongke General Energy Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.; former Executive Deputy General Manager of Zhongke Jieneng. Participated in the "Ninth Five-Year" major scientific and technological research project "Urban Solid Waste Incineration Treatment and Comprehensive Utilization" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Science and Technology in 1996; applied for more than 40 patents in the field of solid waste and energy saving; IPMP international project management expert; presided over and participated in the construction and operation management of more than ten large-scale environmental protection projects, with rich technical and engineering management experience.
• Jingfeng Zhou: Associate Professor, Department of Optoelectronics, School of Mathematics and Physics, Beijing University of Technology; Master Supervisor; Laboratory Director. Member of Zhongguancun Optoelectronics Industry Association, expert of Municipal Economic and Information Commission project review group, expert of Ministry of Public Security project review. Presided over 14 municipal and enterprise-commissioned scientific research projects, participated in 19 national and municipal fund projects, and presided over 6 projects as project leader.
• Allan Pan: Director of the Beijing Technology Transfer Center of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). Bachelor of Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, EMBA in Management. Former General Manager of Shandong Kelu Technology Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences. With rich experience in the development and operation management of technology-empowered comprehensive projects, having worked at China Resources Land and Fosun Real Estate.
• Wenyuan Cao: Northeast Petroleum University Master of Engineering, former COO of Beijing Ge Rui Pu Hua Co., Ltd., partner of Tianxing Capital Co., Ltd. and Executive President of Tianxing Capital Shanghai Branch. Proficient in enterprise internal management, familiar with market sales management, organizational construction, brand construction and enterprise operational and macro strategic planning management; proficient in enterprise ERP system construction, project management and implementation, proficient in internet platform architecture, operation, familiar with AI LLMS, RPA digital solution, AI Agent development, training, deployment, optimization and application, familiar with capital market and operation, with rich industry experience, resources and integration ability.
• Yunfei Zhang: Former Market Director of O'Green in China, graduated from Beijing University of Science and Technology and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, with more than 20 years of experience in solid waste processing, having worked in famous environmental protection enterprises such as Qide Environment and O'Green, with rich experience in solid waste project development and construction.
• Jianfeng Fan: Former Market Director of Henan Chengfa Environmental Protection, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shoufa Investment Center, Deputy Senior Engineer, having served in multiple middle and senior management positions in large state-owned environmental protection groups such as Chengfa Environmental Protection and Shoufa Environmental Protection, with rich industry experience in project development, construction and operation.

• Jian Jin: Former Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Executive Deputy Director of the Circulating Fluidized Bed Engineering Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chairman and President of Beijing Zhongke General Energy Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., CEO of China-Malaysia Green Energy (International) Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Zhongke Jieneng. In 1995, as the person in charge, he undertook the "Ninth Five-Year" major scientific and technological research project "Urban Solid Waste Incineration Treatment and Comprehensive Utilization" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Science and Technology; in 2004, for his inventions and contributions in "urban waste incineration power generation", he was jointly selected as one of the "Top Ten National Science and Technology Talents in 2004" by "China Talent", "UNESCO Beijing Office", "Peking University" and other units. During his tenure as Chairman and President of Zhongke General, he led Zhongke General to quickly develop into a leading enterprise in the waste incineration power generation industry, with great influence in the industry.
